Ingredients

  • 2 shots (50ml) Íon Gloriously Spiced Rum
  • 1 shot (25ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 6 shots (150ml) Ginger Ale

Method

  1. Pour the Íon Spiced Rum and Lemon Juice into your shaker, half-fill with ice, and shake until ice cold.
  2. Strain into a short glass filled with ice.
  3. Drizzle the Ginger Ale over the ice.
  4. Garnish with a thick juicy slice of fresh orange.
