Ingredients
- 2 shots (50ml) Íon Gloriously Spiced Rum
- 1 shot (25ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 6 shots (150ml) Ginger Ale
Method
- Pour the Íon Spiced Rum and Lemon Juice into your shaker, half-fill with ice, and shake until ice cold.
- Strain into a short glass filled with ice.
- Drizzle the Ginger Ale over the ice.
- Garnish with a thick juicy slice of fresh orange.
